About Us: Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a dynamic Internal Product Marketing and Growth Specialist to join their internal technology department. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and utilization of various DevOps products and services across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with key stakeholders to organize workshops, seminars, and webinars aimed at educating and increasing adoption of services.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness about our services and products.
• Analyze usage data and propose strategies for improving growth and customer success initiatives.
• Collaborate with automated marketing experts to implement effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or similar roles within a technology environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with IT platform services such as log monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, alerting, and security monitoring is a plus.
